I just wanted to take a moment to let you guys at Wells Fargo know what a great job that Brandon Moser (OIG title) did closing my recent refinance!  My situation was by no means simple or easy and he and his group worked hard to make it as painless and stress- free as possible. The entire process ended up going relatively smoothly even though I am currently going through a divorce and that I was out of state with work on the closing date. Please pass on my comments and my strong recommendation for continued business with OIG Title to whomever necessary in the Wells Fargo organization.
